I just realized tonight that I single handedly (no pun intended) caused my Delayed Ejaculation in times past AND my current Erectile Dysfunction. Are there any special tips or tricks that you guys use to break the addiction?

No other symptoms but I’ve been addicted to porn since I was 21 so 16 years.
