Hi. I want to ask about, what activition that we should do after a relapse? I mean activition that can makes us get out guts again. I'm not only talk about porn, but masturbation too

how do you feel after a relapse? i bet you feel like shit.
use that feeling as motivation, motivation never to feel like that again.
God damn, I wish this could motivate me. But when the craving is unbearable, all I see is the pleasure. The misery becomes a insignificant distant memory.

Yeah, but motivation is stay a few days to me. Today i feel motivated, but tomorrow i came back busting my nut. I need some activity that can help us regain at least a few energy to work

I have the same problem. Motivation works for me only a few days.
thats because youre letting the addiction take hold again. you dont notice your motivation, which under the surface is probbaly still there, becausse your porn-fucked brain tricks you into thinking youve lost motivation. your mind is basically lying to you, trying to get you to give it that little drink of dopamine that comes from PMO.
dont listen to it. do things to put those thoghts out of your mind. absorb yourself in a hobby or interest, so much so that the urges and thoughts of PMO dont even have room to enter into your mind. or get a new hobby and throw yourself into it. any distraction at the start is good, after while when you start to get a hold on things, you can ease off. but in the initial stages just do what you gotta do to get those urges down
