Exercise question

Looking for some advice. I’m a husband, father of 3, own a business, wife owns a business. There is very little time to dedicate to going to the gym. That said, I’m trying to do everything I can to do the best I can. Or something.
Aside from going to the gym during lunch. I’m looking for quick things I can do throughout the course of my day. A quick 20 push ups and squats here and there. On several occasions. That way I can get some type of work out in without having to block out a large chunk of time. Any suggestions….especially exercises to help break flatline would be appreciated.
