Things are going well here. I've been staying consistent with my diet and working out which has been nice. My drinking as well has been limited to a few times a month on the weekends, which is how I like to keep it. Nothing wrong with having a good old time, but within moderation. This of course is helping with my weight loss too. I'm busy today, but I want to do a better update sooner than later.

I will definitely keep my head in the game over the next few weeks. I've felt a few temptations these last few days. Noting crazy or super strong, but there nonetheless. As I've learned enough in the past, just keep my head down and it will pass in a few days.
