Confused with DE

So, I've watched porn for 20+ years in one form or another and had two 7 year relationships and it didn't really affect sex with my partners. I would watch porn a couple of days a week and then have sex a couple of days a week.
My second long-term relationship ended about two years ago. I've had a handful of relationships since then and I can't finish very easily or at all. It was weird, sex with my ex was always good and we both finished in around 5-10 minutes and few months after we split, I was with a new woman I couldn't finish or stay hard. Now it just seems like everyone I dated feels loose or something and I can't get it back. I thought I just wasn't into the women that much and I've ended every relationship because of it.
But now I'm dating someone amazing and I can't finish and lose feeling with her. It's killing both of us.
Why would I be able to use porn for years with my ex's and it not affect our sex but every woman since my lasted split doesn't feel right?

Who knows why really.Obviously porn had a big impact on you, maybe it didn't give you PIED like many guys here but it is certainly the reason of your DE.You know what you need to do,stop watching porn forever immediately and go for sex with your gf.Dont worry if you can't finish, make her finish, give all attention and focus to her forget about yourself and be the best lover she's ever had and with time and relaxed mind your DE will fade away.

Yeah, I think it's time to stop. I just thought I wasn't compatible with the last 6 women, but I'm the common denominator.

You’ve been into porn for over 20 plus years... your brain and its interactions with sexual stimuli must be fucked bad. It may have just finally caught up with you now, nothing to do with the women.
What you need to do immediately is to stop watching porn and any artificial stimuli, thats the only way to recover from what porn has done to you (and your cock).
