Hello, I’m doing nofap for 65 days and today I had a strong urge I tried my best to avoid watching porn anyways I looked at some ecchi photos and touched my penis few times without masturbating and all That lasted for a long time maybe 1 hour trying to force myself to not fap, anyways did I relapse and if I did how many days did I lost from the 65 days streak

I don't think it's about what random people in the Internet consider a relapse, what matters is what YOU consider a relapse.
The full meaning of the word 'relapse' is going back to the old way of being.
I do not know how explicit those ecchi photos were, however, it's definitely a form of an artificial sexual stimuli.

What I mean did I lose my progress on brain rebooting or not

I would describe this as taking a step back, but definitely not as being back to the very start of your journey. You'll most likely never be back to the very start until you say "Man, fuck this, life with porn was so good, let's go back & go through all the problems again!" and go with it.
Learn from this incident, think why you've done it, and remember it so it doesn't happen again.

This. You've explained the difference between a lapse and a relapse very well. The addicted brain likes to convince us that once we watched something, we relapsed anyway, we can "take advantages" of this free day of porn party and start again tomorrow. But it's bullshit. "Start tomorrow" needs to become "Start now". We start the very moment, not next day or worse, next year. The damage matters. A binge is of course more destructive than watching 10 minutes of porn, for example. Even 1 PMO is less destructive than 7. I've never managed to let myself go completely because that would mean 7 PMOs every day. Imagine that. Of course, having in mind that a little bit doesn't set you back completely to 0 should not become an invitation to mess with porn a little bit because it's not as destructive as watching all day.

Indeed. I've experienced this.
For the OP - imagine a cocaine addict doing 1 line of coke after staying sober for 2 months - you probably don't think if he did 10 more that very same day it wouldn't matter since it was his day 0;) Same with any drug.
Take care OP, you just learned a lesson by this incident. Good luck.

I wouldn’t say its a relapse, not a full PMO relapse anyway. You didnt act on it, but you still edged for an hour and more dopamine is realized from the “seeking” after porn than the actual MO to porn. It’s a dangerous thing to do because it can lead to a full PMO relapse or you could suffer from the hangover effect which could act as a trigger to take it further.
