Sounds like you're making improvements in multiple areas of your life (diet, exercise, breathing exercises) at the same time.
I'll definitely be following your progress and looking for tips for my own journey!
Appreciate it. Ridding myself of this habit/addiction while getting better 1 day at a time. Still have a long ways to go but nothing worth while comes easy. Ill follow your journey as well.
 
Day 29 (Day 3 - No O)

Insomnia seems to have kicked back in. Waking up through the night a few times and not getting a good night's rest. Im definitely not waking up like I want and meditating as 5:15 comes fast. I will have to push through and starting getting up to get my meditating in.

No MW or night erections. Definitely think I have reenter the flatline. Almost can't feel anything while doing kegals. Ill wait this one out for however long that might be.

This veggie and fruit fast is going good. Seemed to have more energy in the gym yesterday. I have been reading a lot on foods that can naturally increase testosterone and semem volume so I'm trying to incorporate those in my daily diet. I think everyone rebooting should look into this. Can't hurt to give some healthy assistance while we reboot and rewire.

I set my phone to greyscale yesterday so hopefully that helps with the rebooting of the brain and dopamine levels.

Another day we continue to fight!!!

Day 30 (Day 4 - No O)

Made it 30 days without porn so thats a feat. Going through some withdrawal pangs but I expect those. I have some brain fog but what is ironic is that I feel similar to Day 4 when I first started this reboot before I O'd. Im sure O has a direct affect on the reboot process now so I will definitely be abstaining to get 120 days hard mode in. Had a nocturnal erection last night but no vivid dream or MW.

Almost done with Can't Hurt Me. Im applying some of that read to this journey. I can't allow my mind to be stronger than my will and resolve to quit this. I dont see myself turning back ever again at this point.
 
Day 31 (Day 5 - No O)

Woke up with MW that was at about 30%. Of course it went away when I stood up. Brain is feeling all over the place. I feel the same as around Day 5,6ish when I started this journey so its interesting to see how O really affects us when our brain is still wired to porn.

Nutrition is good. Im 5 days down on this vegetable and fruit fast. My body feels a lot cleaner and surprisingly I have more energy while working out.

Box breathing completed this morning. Completed Can't Hurt Me and started Easy Peasy at work. I also bought a few books on Rewiring an OCD brain.
 
Day 33 (Day 7 - No O)

Made it back to 1 week of no of. Yesterday (Day 32) I had a nocturnal erection everytime I woke up and woke up with weak MW. Hit the gym and 7 day fast intact.

Today I didnt have MW but thats fine. Did my box breathing once I got up. Today is Day 8 of my fruits and veggie fast. It technically ended yesterday i was only doing a week but as a mind exercise ill complete after today. My mind is telling me to go eat but I have to continue beating my mind. I finished Easy Peasy today. It was a good read. Very redundant at times but the methods and content was helpful. I know this time I'm never going back to porn and have no desire too.

To a good upcoming week of kicking porns ass. Keep fighting!!!
 
Day 35 (Day 9 - No O)

Another day in the journey of this reboot. I completed 8 days of my fruit and vegetable fast and surprisingly have stuck to mostly fruits and veggies since. The past few nights I have had numerous nocturnal erections but no MW.

I think im definitely in the flatline phase now.

Yes, I've been seeing more improvements. My man is working better than he has in the last couple of years (I forgot what that was like!). I don't think he could get any harder, maybe just more consistent, but he's doing that probably 90% as well. We're back to having sex at least 3 times a week, so that's comforting to know, that I'm mostly back to my old self, but with improvements! Overall I would say my mind feels very sexual and horney, but not overly sexualized, if that makes sense.

Also in general I feel more at peace, though I do have moments of fearing I'm gonna fuck it up, like I wrote about this morning.

One day at a time is my motto.

Thanks man. Good to hear your still seeing improvement and enjoying the benefits. You're making great progress man. One day at a time is definitely how we have to take it.

Do you notice any decline or flatline feeling after O now with having sex 3x a week?

That's a good question. I don't really think so, certainly nothing really noticeable. I had a big flatline through Christmas and New Years. Every since then, maybe a few days here and there I might of felt something, but nothing crazy and nothing that lasted very long. I've been trying not to get off every time (obviously not very hard!) but haven't accomplished that very much :) I guess if I see that it's causing problems, I will stop for sure, but it hasn't caused a problem so far, so I haven't really tried. My recovery is a little different also, because for over a year and half, I got into this really bad habit of only looking at porn every 3 or 4 months, then stopping cold again. Thus, my recovery is acting a little different than it did when I originally quit years ago.

Day 37 (Day 11 - No O)

Woke up feeling good. Before going to sleep I visualized my life porn free and getting back to the masculinity effects and fulfilled life that come with a life of no porn. Had a few nocturnal woods and woke up with MW. Even though its still weak he is up in the morning lol.

Nutrition and working out are still in tact. I have been trying to eat a least one avocado a day, a bunch of bananas, berries and celery. Im also drinking multiple glasses of milk a day. I read these are all good for blood circulation below, testosterone, and increasing the load. I have also been doing pelvic floor exercises (kegals) everyday.

Thoughts appear to be a lot clearer as well. Still flatlining. Im sure I might be there for some time but all is good.

I think I eat to many sugary sweets etc. and want to cut them out too

@particularly_respecting I have more energy and I have started to lose weight which is a good thing. I've tried to giving up most sugar sweets during this reboot since they trigger our dopamine receptors heavily and also have an adverse affect when working out and trying to get in shape.

Tbh im sure it is helping but I can't say for sure. I cut alcohol, porn, most sugar drinks and snacks at the same time when I started this reboot. Im sure in the long run ill feel the affects as I've been consuming more natural foods that increase blood flow and supposedly testosterone. I can say it definitely helps your overall lifestyle by eating healthier.
 
Day 43 (Day 17 - No O)

Still trucking along here. Morning woods are still hit or miss and are no where near 100% strong but getting more nocturnal erections. Continuing to let things work itself out there.

My mental clarity is getting better. Im able to look back and see how porn and alcohol has really affected me the past few years when it really picked up for me. Im also analyzing situations better like I once did before. Noticing that my posture and muscle structure has suffered from looking down at the phone or computer while fapping so currently working on correcting that. Also realizing that my impulsiveness has almost has tremendously decreased. I fell into the habit of buying costly things on the whim the past few years. I guess it was somehow to make me feel better or possibly get a dopamine fix. Continuing to follow this process one day at time.

Currently reading Dopamine Nation.

Yeah, I think sugary sweets can hurt concentration and willpower with energy/dopamine swings
I used to track macros (fat, carbs, protein) - it's a lot of effort but it helped me a lot and I want to start doing it again

The difficult thing with nutrition though is that there's conflicting information everywhere
Some sources say red meat is good, some say bad, same for eggs, dairy, pretty much every food there is
But sounds like you're making real positive changes in your life

Appreciate it. Yea i guess with nutrition nowadays it all depends on what you're reading. I went along time only eating the white of boiled eggs until recently I read that you should consume the whole egg because most of the nutrients are actually in the yolk.

I try to go off of an innate feeling when it comes to healthy eating and listen to my body. I have been trying to eat more of what I've read about while researching foods for testosterone, blood flow and brain health. Lots of berries, green leaf, vegetables, eggs, nuts, and avocados. Which hell how can you not be healthy in some sense only consuming most of that lol.

Like not just not looking at porn - instead improving multiple aspects of your life (diet, exercise, box breathing)
A good lesson for all of us - you're killing it!
