yes I think routines and plans are helpful. actually the benefit is somewhat indirect. These routines prevent us from being idle during the day. We are busy both physically and mentally. which makes us think less p. So the main benefit of routines is that they fill our free time. I think the biggest trigger of p is space. On weekdays, a significant part of the day is spent at work for me. While you are dealing with different things, you cannot think of p even if you want it. Therefore, any routine and plan that will occupy the mind and body and fill free time is beneficial.
