Sorry for the relapse, mate. I am sure you will do better. Please make your recurrence be short and in one session. please read my last post on my diary about this. It is very important that the recurrence be short and that it should not be a long session. so that the benefits do not go away and the next series will be easier. Definitely take a look at my last post and don't pmo for a long time in a row to feed yourself saying I've already relapsed.

DAY 1

I thought first day after the relapse may be easy. But it's not. Beginning is quite dangerous. Its easy to fail in the first day because it's the first day, there's 0 days to loose in first day. And this first day may reapeat entire week trapping us again and again. It happened to me or its happening to me.
Anyone who's reading this, especially beginner pls understand that everyday is worth if it's free of PMO. If you don't know this you will remain as same person you were. Learn from my mistake. Try not to repeat it.

I need all support today. This day haven't end. So I have to be vigilant. PORN IS DOING HARM TO ME. I must stop for all day.

The day was harder sometimes I have to put serious efforts to not to PMO.

Iam winning this day.

DAY 2
Iam grateful that i didn't edge today. I feel some energy in me sometimes iam not able to make peace with it. Had a slight headache. May be because of lack of discipline in my life. I have to follow a good routine. I hope it helps. For some days before I tried that and I could feel the days better.

I must start to follow a routine.
Tomorrow I will wake at early time which is good. For that I will set alarm.
Waking up early will gifts me more peaceful time to do things which I feel great or interested in.

Did making routine and disciplining your life enhanced or helped your recovery? How you think about this?

yes I think routines and plans are helpful. actually the benefit is somewhat indirect. These routines prevent us from being idle during the day. We are busy both physically and mentally. which makes us think less p. So the main benefit of routines is that they fill our free time. I think the biggest trigger of p is space. On weekdays, a significant part of the day is spent at work for me. While you are dealing with different things, you cannot think of p even if you want it. Therefore, any routine and plan that will occupy the mind and body and fill free time is beneficial.

DAY 3
Today Morning i felt like the 10th or 11th day of previous streak. I could feel the energy in me. Iam not having a peace mind now. My mind is wandering for something interesting. But when I read improvement books or write something I feel peace, happiness. It seems like iam doing something I need to.
Iam very pleased for continuing nofap without edge. I successfully completed my day without PMO.
I have to improve myself. I need to approach things with more clarity.

I want more clarity in my life.

The previous efforts to change us from where we were will not be in vain if u maintain it without going back from where you stand now.

Now I feel exactly like the relapse day but I got that feeling in my 12th day, now feel it early. I need to make peace with what I feel now. I must control it smoothly.

When ever I deletes the pop up of P thoughts iam free from the sinister trap.


Iam not where I was standing i have moved. Still moving.

Share your thoughts. Have you felt like this? It may be inspiration to me and much helpful for your own recovery process.

DAY 5
Ha iam happy to complete the 5th day. Congratulations again.
For the past two days I started to wake up a bit more early with a fixed time. Now iam getting more time to do my personal study stuffs.
Iam not very good at interactions and maintaining a good posture in social gatherings, even though iam doing ok now. Iam doing somewhat better. Now iam in a position to analyze and correct my behaviors or conversations other than fearing to do one.

Doing somethings i wanted to do as per a schedule is giving me a positive feeling.

Thanks for all.

The Easy Peasy recommended by a member is also helping me to hold on to nofap without slip.

I edged. But kept control. Sometimes iam ashamed for my edging. Urges come sometimes I think urges this time are more like mentally not physically that much.
