Relapse for .... Time

I'am 20 now, i can say that i'am an porn addict since i've trying to quit or stop watching porn since 2019 and can't even get 1 fucking month. I read books about pornoghraphy and self improvement in general, i have trying to limit my electrical devices, and it works at the start. And then there is a moment where i can't hold the urges and always relapse. I'm tired with this thing yet i can't quit this habit. Fuck myself

I'm 26 and I've been in the same boat as you for over a decade now. Keep posting here and let us know how you get on. Can u remember what that “moment” is when you get the urge? What caused it to arise?

Yes i do. I always relapse at midnight. I've never get an urge entire day but night. Ironically, i often hard to sleep early. The only thing i have to fix is my sleep schedule.
