Hey bro, obviously take things are your own pace & understand if you want to keep it private but just curious what are the main life goals / self improvement you're working on? I think you mentioned getting more fit? Anything else? No need to share if you don't wantDay 152 - Still working on life goals and self improvement which was not possible when I was addicted to porn! I'm still trying to figure out my authentic masulinity and what that means for me and my life, I'm also attempting to start the business that I've wanted to start for years! I'm only able to do this due to my newfound zest for life that porn abstinence has given me, keep up fighting the good fight kings!Hey bro, obviously take things are your own pace & understand if you want to keep it private but just curious what are the main life goals / self improvement you're working on? Personally the main one for me is getting waaaaay more physically fit. Goal is to lose 20lb of fat over the next 3 months. I'm not sure exactly what my current body fat % is but think it's 18-20% so really trying to get to 12% or so LT. Tall order but it's doable
Just got back from the gym and this was the first post I see! haha.. Love it @SmokenMirrors, congrats on your progress in this journey! Keep truckin' and I hope the best for you! Much love.Just been to the gym in the first time in 2.5 years! Feels so good!
Love this.He does great videos that support men, he is a lighthouse upon the tumultuous sea that is toxic society!
Please be aware that vitamin D is stored in your fat and muscle tissue and that these supplements often have a high dosage of vit. D. Therefore the possibility for a lingering intoxication is given - maybe you look up the recommended daily dose from the health institute of your country or / and do some blood tests and talk with your doctor about taking supplements and what he advices to you. It's amazing how heavily everything in our body is linked together!I've also ordered some vitamin D3 and Zinc supplements, primarily for boosts to my natural hormones and ease of sleep
Love it man! World of fitness really is pretty fascinating as you dive into it. Great stuff, what are your main fitness goals aside from establishing a regular schedule?Smashing gym research now, currently researching dietary guidance, I can't believe how many calories you need just to run!
I've also ordered some vitamin D3 and Zinc supplements, primarily for boosts to my natural hormones and ease of sleep. The mental health benefits are just a bonus! (I realise that I'm now posting more frequently since specifically saying I'm going to post less frequentlyI like to keep my journal up to date with how I'm authentically feeling and this feels like a big life step!)

I want to clean bulk and build a physique I'm proud of, like I used to have! I also want to come off antidepressants via a new lifestyle that includes fitness and working on myself, my 20's are going to be all about me! How about you man?Love it man! Pretty similar man! Want to shed maybe 20lb of fat and ideally recomp it all with muscle (or at least 15lb of muscle) over the next 3 months or so. It's fairly aggressive but it's doable. Fitness is NOT an easy journey by any means, and I always envied those guys who have been fit since at least high school & never lost it. We can do it too though, just be careful not to go too hard too fast and get injured is my humble advice. Love the attitude btw, you're going to crush your 20s!I want to clean bulk and build a physique I'm proud of, like I used to have!
