LOVING life at the minute. Been on half my antidepressant dosage (used to be 30mg mirtazapine, now on 15mg) for about a week now. The brain fog is slowly clearing up due to the lower dosage, I can make decisions quicker and easier! Combine that with the fact that my discipline has levelled up massively and you have the recipe for happiness! Life goals are being smashed, gym is being smashed (gains are really starting to show), nutrition is really getting optimised, I'm slowly levelling up my social skills and I'm starting to really get excited about things again. Off meds by the end of 2023!
Day 201

Yeah what's important is while quitting P to also be careful to not introduce other addictions (excessive masturbation, excessive video gaming, excessive TikTok scrolling, etc). All of the former in moderation is totally fine (well maybe except of the TikTok stuff as too much softcore porn on there), and of course one addiction is actually quite healthy -- and that's exercise!

Man I love to see you post & hear about progress, but sometimes it's also awesome to see you NOT posting because I know you're living your best life (or at least working towards it). I take it things are going well haha

Thank you king! Yes I'm still smashing it, just been on holiday with my mates and it was a blast! A lot of dancing, booze and women haha!

That is great to hear. I've been getting back to lifting weights again too, and man, it really helps with your confidence in just feeling better and more manly overall lol. I've gained a little muscle too, nothing crazy, but it just feels so much better than not doing anything at all.

Congrats to you!

That's what I love to hear bro! Keep it up. Reading, meditation, fitness and gratitude are the 4 pillars of self improvement; and it appears you are conquering them!
