Here's what my mind drifted to before I pulled it back to focusing on my breathing:
A mixed bag there, but I'm very pleasantly surprised that there was nothing salacious that popped into my mind! Wow those are some crazy impressive stats! What numbers did you start out at when you first started the reboot on those 3 lifts? Great shit my dudeDeload week at the gym since I've been making serious progress and my body is starting to struggle with the constant PRs. Here's my recent maxes on the big 3:
Bench - 85kg 5 x 6 (187 lbs)
Squat - 130kg 3 x 6 (286 lbs)
Deadlift - 150kg 2 x 5 (330 lbs)
If I wasn't ill every 5 minutes these numbers would be better but it's still not bad for only 10 months training! Excited for the 2 plate bench, 3 plate squat and 4 plate deadlift!
First deload session went well! My body is definitely thankful for the rest, it shall be a good week! I may be in a flatline of some description, purely because I keep seeing women and thinking 'oh, she's attractive' but in a matter of fact non-sensual way, I have no interest in them sexually. Is this a flatline or am I prioritising other things? I'm not sure. I'm definitely focusing more on goals and my mission for now
It was a tough one today, lots of white noise, it's been quite hectic today though so it's understandable. Plus, it's only day 2! It takes a lifetime to master meditation. Here's what thoughts I drifted to:
