Potential mental health dip on the horizon, I'm not sure what's causing it but I believe it's due to not getting enough sleep. Combine this with my recently injured rotator cuff and I may be in trouble! Let's keep pushing kings!

I'm sorry to hear about those things, but I'm glad that you're aware of their potential to make things more difficult.

247 (24/7) and 40 (Lent), two symbolic day counts in one day 🤯😄👍🆒

Thank you for the support, kings! @Schmuck @Blondie
Luckily I've managed to find some exercises that build up the rotator cuff muscles and I'm 40% better already! There is always a healthy route, it's best to attack our problems head on instead of distracting yourself. Big love kings!
Yeah sorry to hear that brother, I've had so many instances where I get motivated to lift and then injure myself and then lose motivation. If not for this, I would look halfway to Arnold haha

My rec is to take things SLOW with lifting. Slow ramp up on the weights, slow reps, not too many sets, not too many exercises targeting the same muscle, plenty of rest in between sets, rest between days of working out, etc. I'm in the process of this slow ramp right now too. Best of luck with the rehab man, and please take it slow

In meantime, don't stop working out! Maybe do cardio + abs instead right now, keep the benefits of that dopamine and cut some fat as well while you're at it. You got this king!

Shoulder is much better today! Those exercises are working my rotator cuff muscles perfectly. I'll be right as rain soon! Thank you for the support king!

Onwards my man! I'm massively admiring the no MO for 44 days. Sadly it's been a hard one for me but really inspiring to see you do it, makes me feel I can too
Appreciate this, king! Bad timing unfortunately, I indulged in an MO last night! 😂 It was one of those turbulent nights where I was up until 3am trying to sleep. I felt guilty afterwards but that soon faded, I'm still aiming for the goal of not MOing. I've also had a mental health dip in the last few days, I need to keep that in check before it spirals again!

Hey all good brother, the goal is to quit porn, not MO ultimately. As long as you're meeting that goal, the rest will chug its way along. More importantly, seems you can MO with sensation alone so sounds like you're pretty much healed. Now the goal is just to avoid P forever and move on with living your best life, which I KNOW you can do. Keep it up my man!
