Very well thank you king! Just focusing on work and training now. The key to happiness is to become obsessed with few things and put your all into developing them; that's what I'm going to do!

I'm beginning to feel unsatisfied with my life. Why? I have no idea, but I intend to find out.
I have slacked on reading recently and I STILL haven't started meditating, I also feel like I'm not eating enough calories to bulk effectively. It feels like I'm trapped in a self improvement rut but I haven't optimised by self improvement, make it make sense! :ROFLMAO:

Plans for the future:
  1. Before anything else, continue building my discipline to handle the higher workload
  2. START MEDITATING YOU IDIOT, ITS ONLY 15 MINUTES A DAY!
  3. Read more self improvement/masculinity books (recommendations would be highly appreciated. I'm thinking of The Way of the Superior Man and How to Win Friends and Influence People to begin with)
  4. Bulk properly (Clean bulk eating good foods such as potatoes and rice with good meat items and eggs)
  5. Fix my sleep schedule (it isn't too bad at the minute but it could certainly be better, I need a SET bedtime to stick to every day)
  6. Continue to work on building my business and slowly increase my work capacity
  7. Continue with building a masculine physique - my workouts havent been as good recently due to the reduced sleep and calorie intake (I believe)

Okay it's time for me to start a sub-journal about meditation in order to keep me accountable; I've just done my first session and I feel very relaxed!
Here's what my mind drifted to before I pulled it back to focusing on my breathing:
  • Redecorating my room
  • The car that was parking up outside
  • My friend's girlfriends party 3 months ago
  • My best friend doing much better mentally since overcoming obstacles he's been sent
  • @Blondie and @First_step_thousand_miles progress
  • How bad I am at meditating
  • The fact I haven't updated my diary with yesterday's and today's events
  • Mild irritation at my terrible focus
A mixed bag there, but I'm very pleasantly surprised that there was nothing salacious that popped into my mind! They are all very random and don't link with each other at all, I believe that's just my porn mind desperately trying to distract itself. Apologies if I'm spamming too much. See you all tomorrow!

Deload week at the gym since I've been making serious progress and my body is starting to struggle with the constant PRs. Here's my recent maxes on the big 3:
Bench - 85kg 5 x 6 (187 lbs)
Squat - 130kg 3 x 6 (286 lbs)
Deadlift - 150kg 2 x 5 (330 lbs)

If I wasn't ill every 5 minutes these numbers would be better but it's still not bad for only 10 months training! Excited for the 2 plate bench, 3 plate squat and 4 plate deadlift!

First deload session went well! My body is definitely thankful for the rest, it shall be a good week! I may be in a flatline of some description, purely because I keep seeing women and thinking 'oh, she's attractive' but in a matter of fact non-sensual way, I have no interest in them sexually. Is this a flatline or am I prioritising other things? I'm not sure. I'm definitely focusing more on goals and my mission for now

Meditation:
It was a tough one today, lots of white noise, it's been quite hectic today though so it's understandable. Plus, it's only day 2! It takes a lifetime to master meditation. Here's what thoughts I drifted to:
  • Tom Platz
  • Steve Reeves
  • The peaceful serenity of night time
  • My friend searching for a house to move into with his girlfriend
  • How tired I am
  • Frustration at the white noise halting my concentration

Wow those are some crazy impressive stats! What numbers did you start out at when you first started the reboot on those 3 lifts? Great shit my dude

If you are feeling like you are plateu-ing and your body is too strained, take a week off and do light cardio (walking, biking, etc) -- once you get back after that 1 week you may very well be stronger on those lifts. Just my experience back when I lifted more frequently
