EW's Mindfulness / Mental Clarity Class in April 2022

Hello everyone,

I wish to make a class on mindfulness / mental clarity as this is something that is making one of the biggest positive impacts in my reboot by far - by far. Originally I just picked a date for the class and rolled with it. Now I feel like a better idea is to wait to get some more interest for it.

What I wish to talk about (I'll probably change this some more before class):

1. Motivation for getting good at mindfulness / mental clarity
2. My own techniques, experience and nuance with it
3. Q&A
4. Do a guided meditation to help build mental clarity

Please send me PM if you are interested. When there is enough interest I'll send some time and date candidates and pick the date that is most suitable for most. We will do this on Zoom. I'll probably put the class on YouTube or something similar. I'll edit out any participants from any video that gets published so that privacy is respected. Unless you are cool with being in the class video that might get shared publicly.
