So, I recently had sex. That was two days ago, I had few observations: the refractory time is long ( I could only get hard after three hrs, this is bizzare b'cos before all this I had shorter durations), after sex I completely lost the urge to have aex for almost two days, today I went out with a girl I have been dieing to have and found ourselves in seductive positions but unfortunately I couldn't get aroused.
I'm still worried am I ever going to be back to what I used to be? Normal elections, normal view on ladies. I honestly need the reassurance cos I'm losing it.

You will get back to normal, do’t worry. As long as you stick to rebooting and rewiring. How long has it been since you started?

Ok great. Does that also include rewiring to sex with someone? There are two facets to the whole process: rebooting, so abstaining from porn and letting your brain repair naturally; and rewiring, rewiring your brain to respond to sexual encounters with another person as opposed to pixels.
