Back pain muscle tension

Wondering if anyone on here have suffered from right hand side pain due to masterbation

Lower right back pain tummy bloating or tightness also fatigue

I've stopped PMO for a month but still MO

I can do it up to 4 times a day sometimes
Does this cause pains im talking about im Right handed

Drewish, sorry to point out the obvious but I think you should try a week without MO. It’s a good test of your initial will power and I’m no doctor but I bet the medical issues will go away. Stopping MO if it’s been a habit is hard, but you have my support.
