Asking for advice

I relapsed about two days ago. I've tried cold turkey to block porn sites and even the search for porn-related words but I always found a way around it. I use laptop to do the PMO but reducing the time spent on the laptop is not a probable solution for since I need the laptop to study (I'm preparing for an important national examination). Burning the midnight oil has to be the norm for me these days and unfortunately late night is the time when I have the least amount of power over controlling my impulses. Any suggestions?

Study in public place. Get a cat or a pigeon and keep him with u whilst studying alone, this way you would be ashamed to pmo whilst they look at you (get both a cat and a pigeon)

Maybe you can find a way to maximize your time during the day so that you do not have to put yourself in a tempting situation at night
