My one week goal

Question is what am I and you going to do when those thoughts happen. I always wing shit and say I'll figure it out when it happens but this thing is a monster. I have 4 people holding me accountable so I figure I'll make a call. Just thinking out loud....Lets do this!

I think it will be good idea if we share our ideas about our day day by day here and make some encourage for each other . it will be kind of support we all need .

It is a really good feeling to be free , but it is not easy to get your freedom . you have to pay off whatever its cost. it really deserve.

If you can do one week, you can do two. If you can do two weeks, you can do a month, and so on. Take it one day at a time. I'm on day 20.
thats right. once you hit your goal of a week, 10 days or whatever, apply those same strategies that got you that far again. theres no reason why you can keep extending that one week goal, jsut stay on top of urges and triggers.

just never forget who you are and what do you think of yourself. the best solution for relapse is to know the cues and try to avoid it as much as possible . Changing the routine is very important to give up that addiction and you have to accept hat your life should be changed . hope you all the best/

I’m sick of how much energy, time and confidence porn takes from me.
I’ve tried to quit in the past and have had some success.
Starting with the goal of one week.
I can do this ☀️
You can do this my guy, take it one day at a time.

I started this journey almost a year ago and have had 3 or 4 relapses, with each one I learned something new about myself and applied new knowldge from previous experiences.

How bad do you want it?
How well do you know yourself, your strengths and weaknesses?
What are you willing to do to gain your confidence and take control of your life again?
