Hi Everyone, I would like to create YouTube videos on Porn Addiction, drawing on my personal experiences with this, and also, on my professional experiences as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (job title in the UK Health System) and currently, Trainee Cognitive Behavioral Therapist. I have worked with hundreds of people with depression and anxiety, teaching them Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mindfulness. These approaches can be applied to difficulties with Porn Addiction as well. They worked for me, why not work for others as well? Would you please help me with ideas about what videos you would like to see from me on this topic, if at all interested? I already have ideas, but your suggestions would be very helpful. After all, the idea is to help people struggling with porn addiction.
