Another Day 90 Here

Today is the 90th day of my reboot and I feel so much better than I used to! I feel more motivated, my concentration and memory is better (still got some improvements to do but it's a fantastic start), I feel happy about being alive for the first time in a VERY long time! Keep fighting the poison ladies and gents, we're all gonna make it!

Can I ask two questions please @SmokenMirrors?

1. Is your reboot the hard mode no PMO and no MO either?
2. What do you do when you get to 90? I presume you definitely continue the no PMO ad infinitum, but as for MO what do you do?

Amazing display of stubbornness in the face of this sick poison called porn. Success stories are important for us to show us that it's possible. If you saw only 1 success story in 10 years, you would say fuck this man this is hard, I can't do it, only 1 guy? That's why we need all the guys out there to come here and share the success stories for motivation, to see for ourselves that it's not that hard, it's actually not that hard. Congratulations for your success, man, I appreciate sharing it with us, I will use it as a fuel to go all the way! Never relapse!

My reboot was the hard mode yes. No PMO and no MO. I did an MO on day 76 I believe to test if I could introduce MO back into my life but I regressed slightly. However, I did an MO last night (day 91) and it was a fantastic O, one of the best I've ever had! I've also not regressed at all, I'm still happy and on the mend. Naturally, I wont be MOing too much for at least another 6 months since I'm still healing (I still dont get morning wood so I'm not 100% healed). I will never PMO again, not even imagination.
Edit - My journal is titled '20 Something Reboot' if you would like to have a browse, I document a lot of how I'm feeling through the full process!

Thanks that’s really helpful stuff. There is a part of me that thinks MO is obviously ok after 90 days or whatever number is right, but log term surely the gratification should come solely from congress with a partner. I am no prude, but this seems both logical and disciplined and gives the greatest chance of full connection with partner which surely has to be the panacea.
Meanwhile we’ll done. Keep writing and stay true @SmokenMirrors . You are my hero.

Appreciate the kind words man! I do agree, I believe that we should be Oing with real people in order to retrain our brains. Unfortunately I have no sexual partners at the minute so I cant yet, which is partly why I'm being so strict with when I MO!

I agree with @sky - your achievements are amazing and we celebrate them, but how do we celebrate?

1. I am going to remember this and know it’s possible
2. I am going to read your posts going forwards because 90 days isn’t the journey length
3. …and I encourage you not to be too hard on yourself for some MO relapse, but I just hope no more PMO ever

Hearing you say "I feel happy about being alive for the first time in a VERY long time!" is truly incredible. You are a wonderful human being and you have many, many happy decades in front of you. Keep after it king, you're proving to everyone that there's really something amazing waiting for all of us after all of this
