Couple thoughts / musings:
1) Decided to switch out cold showers with a gratitude practice. Been doing it for several weeks now, but I wanted to start fresh here numerically to make sure I'm tracking it and don't miss a day as with meditation. I think I'm getting most of the cold shower benefits from exercise which I'm going 4-5 days a week these days so I'm going to start a weekly clock for this one (see above)
2) Online dating kinda blows haha. I've only been using Tinder and just started a FB dating profile, but already a bit jaded. I know Hinge is the best one by far for people in their 20s and early 30s, but I don't want to join all the apps all at once. Either way, shows me what apps I DON'T want to use. Paid for 1 week of gold, so might as well finish with that and delete. Might also try Bumble at some point but I'm gonna optimize my pics / profile as right now it's very mid. Anyway, the good news is my brain did not react with any porn-like feelings! I think I've swiped for like 4hrs today + yesterday and my brain felt very normal through it which means it's really normalizing
3) Think I'm going to make another go of it for 100 days no MO. Erections are actually solid, I just want to cleanse my brain some more.
@Blondie and his 100+ day streak of no porn has inspired me, I know I can climb to greater heights
4) Making some good progress in the gym but eating healthy is a grind! Easy to fall off, so more consistency needed here. My plan is to lose the last 15lb by end of summer. It's ambitious but I'm committed to it
Anyway, still grinding for a new job but it's a rough market out there! I'll do a goals progress post sometime in next few months I think
