Thanks brother! Cooking with peanut oil now! How are things with you?
What with peanut oil? I assume more healthy?

I doing fine, thanks. Life has been really productive and fulfilling lately, and I mean the productive part in a good sense, not just mindlessly going through the actions. I'm almost down to 18% body fat and will continue on my health journey. At Thanksgiving I will take a break from losing weight and focus instead on maintaining my weight for a month which will great (because I'll can eat more for the holidays!) but also great in that I'll work on having balance while eating more but not gaining weight. For the last few years I've been a man who lives in both extremes, either losing weight or gaining faster than you can say "More wine please!" A life of balance is very rewarding!

Love you brother.

Haha no it's just an expression! Maybe a Get Z one though since I heard it from a younger cousin haha. I think olive oil is probably one of the healthier oils to cook with

Wow! 18% is absolutely incredible, sounds like you've been incredibly dedicated! I like that man, build in a nice break before your next sprint. Life is not one long marathon but rather a series of sprints and walks, which is more exciting anyway.

Living in balance is not easy but it really is worth it. That's awesome man, hope you have an amazing thanksgiving! I'm looking forward to the holidays too, just a nice time to wind down the year.

Love you too brother!

Day 940 no porn
Day 7 no MO

Hope everyone is well, haven't been on a little while. Just living life and things have been a bit hectic the past few weeks and will be for another couple weeks before the year starts winding down for me. Relationship is going well, I'm getting boners for days with the gf. Just making out, fondling, caressing is getting me rock hard.

The reboot is by far the main reason, but an important second is cardio. I'm doing incline walking 2-3x per week and it's massively showing (no pun intended lol) with harder / stronger / longer erections. The zinc is great, but cardio is truly king

God bless you all

Day 945 no porn
Day 2 no MO

MO'd two nights ago, was absolutely rock hard to missionary imagination. I actually got rock hard and stayed rock hard without even touching and just moving my hips and stuff....kind of amazing!

It's funny, when I'd MO before I'd overthink it in my head and that would cause issues but now I just KNOW things are working. A HUGE part of this was continued rebooting with my girlfriend and moderate intensity incline walking.

Now I might worry again randomly at some point, but I can look back at these moments and now I'm just a regular guy who's pretty much back to regular function. And I haven't even bothered to use the L-Citrulline yet! I'm laughing now thinking about the time I was thinking of even doing kegels! I'm certainly not doing that anymore. Might try the L-Citrulline at some point but I honestly don't think it's 'necessary' but more just a way to just absolutely max things if I ever want to.

Taking a break from gym for a few weeks due to a cyst removal, but afterwards I'm back at it for 2x per week full body lifting and 3x per week of moderate intensity cardio. Seriously guys, do the cardio! It feels fucking amazing with the endorphin rush, you can throw on music / podcast / call a friend, and it does wonders for your boners. My god it's amazing, I never thought I'd say this but I'm getting addicted to cardio. Funnily enough, I enjoy it even more than the weights these days!

Anyway fellas, I'm thankful for a fantastic 2025. I'm thankful for @Blondie and @SmokenMirrors and the many other folks who have been incredibly role models and mentors on this journey. I'm thankful for this forum, and for Gary and Gabe. Every month that passes, I feel more like a true man, the kind of man I knew I can truly become. Thank you God for showing me the way, even when I stumbled. God bless every single one of you here, we can all make it!!!!
