Flatline??? Help plz

Hi, (I’m 18 year old guy)
so I’ve been porn free for a good like 2months I think and everytime I’ve tried I relapse for one reason: as soon as I stop watching porn, my libido is in the gutter. 0 sex drive, I barely MO because I don’t want to. But I get scared to continue because I feel like my sex drive is dead.

Currently I’d say it’s pretty low, I do often wake up with morning wood which is new again (that’s good) and I do have sexual dreams more often. However I still just don’t really feel any sex drive tbh.

Reading a lot of posts on here I have heard about some “flatline” stage or “dead libido” stage. I am sure that’s what I’m in but can someone explain to me more specifically what it is, how long it lasts and what “stage” follows after ? I just need some reassurance that what is happening is normal,
Thanks

Remember that recovery is not a linear process. It might be super frustrating to overcome a flatline, only to experience another flatline in a few weeks. Your ability to become sexually aroused without the use of porn could vary throughout the recovery process. But the best way to deal with it is to keep moving forward – things should get better over time.

and whatever happens, Don’t use porn to test your erection or sexual arousal (this happened to me, and I relapsed because of it, so I'm back at square one). Some people get so concerned about flatlining that they’re worried their genitals don’t work anymore. However, if you are attempting to reverse porn-induced sexual dysfunction (such as erectile dysfunction), using more porn will only prolong the recovery process.

Take care of yourself. While you may not be able to control whether or not you have a flatline, you can put your brain and body in the best possible place to outlast it. Get enough sleep, exercise, eat well and work on reducing your stress levels.

after 3months of no porn you will start to see improvement with your overall sexual performance.
Then all the suffering you are going through right now will make sense.
No pain, no gain. Just trust the process.
Stay safe @Charlie29.

That will be the best decision you ever make in your life. Focusing on yourself and putting your priorities in order can do wonders for you.

You just have to stay committed and put in the work. You got this my man.
All the best 😁😁.
