Long "Flatline" - No libido

Hey guys,

I started my reboot in Jaunuary 2022, after about 12 years of watching porn regularly (at least 5x a week). I was experiencing some horrible PIED which is what motivated me to quit.
It's now May and I have been consistent and have not watched porn once. The first month I felt amazing, and woke up everyday with a strong erection. Sex was a lot better too with no or very little PIED. However the past 2 months have been a different story. My sex drive is almost non-existent, I can't remember the last time I had morning wood, and I feel no attraction to anybody. I'm 28 and have no underlying health issues. I workout everyday and have been practicing daily meditation as well. I'm hopeful for some positive change but have been feeling a little discouraged lately. I know this process takes time but this 'flatline' is killing me.

Hi Timidnight...unfortunately what you're describing is pretty normal for a lot of guys, especially for younger guys growing up with modern high-speed internet. flatlines of a couple of months unfortunately are not uncommon. If I recall, Gabe Deem (guy who runs this place) went through a flat line of about 6-9 months before getting full functionality back. It sucks, but there's no way out but through, and it looks like you're doing pretty good so far, so just stay the course a little bit longer!

A reboot is a total break from everything. If you stop masturbating and watching porn, but continue to have sex, what you are experiencing will happen to you because the body has already lost its balance.

However, on the other hand, it is also normal to stop feeling arousal capacity for some time, even if we are young.

If you stop watching porn and stop masturbating but continue to have a lot of sex, there will come a time when the body gets tired, and nothing will come of it.

An orgasm is an orgasm, whether it's from masturbation or from having sex.

It may not be so much the porn that is causing the problem but the number of orgasms you have from masturbating too much or having sex too much. Of course, sex and masturbation do not lead a person to that situation. I make this clarification so that you will not think that I am saying that porn is good.

Good question here. I'm 18 days in and when I'm out I have no real attraction to women anymore. I just feel numb - all the time. My testosterone levels are on the low end of normal, which I wouldn't be surprised if that's another factor. Have you had your t levels checked? Stay the course man and good luck!
