Hi guys I wanna thank this forum,I was a porn and a masturbation addict 3 years back.I went to the doctor many times thinking I have erectile dysfunction.I have tried viagra ,cialis and injections.I remember also doing test with my doctor to see if I don't have a leaking vein.After years of quiting porn and masturbation I am proud to say I enjoy sex now on top I have a wife I married last year and we are blessed with a daughter.its possible trust God and abstain amen

Don't be hard on yourself. Explain this thing to your wife. You'll be surprised to know she understood your problem and supporting you. Sometimes we think too much in our mind that we neglect the possibility of good. Go ahead man!!!

I told my wife ,we had sex once a week up until I fully Recovered.

Hey @vicky369. For what it’s worth, I’m about 10 months in and the benefits have been incredible. I DO use viagra occassionally still, but I generally don’t have issues with erectile distinction anymore.

Me too, now, I'm completely fine. The only thing is that I still kept the files out there (without seeing them) but I already deleted them all.
