Venous Leak

Yes, of course I've heard it. Masturbation in the downward position is very bad and risky. I have never in my life masturbated that way. Be careful how you masturbate, and preferably, masturbate very occasionally, in an upward position and be careful.

Relax. No matter how much PMO you do, your libido will return over the weeks thanks to abstinence.

I have been doing PMO for years and years, yet only 40 days of NOFAP makes my libido come back, even this phenomenon has happened to me for over a decade. So don't worry no matter how much PMO may be the case, the libido comes back thanks to the reboot. From my experience it has been like that. I have tried NOFAP thousands and thousands of times and my libido with only 40 days is back.

Today, I have libido, and I try to keep it in moderation with the sex, the masturbation or, the porn use. Actually, I use porn every 11 months or 8 months. Sometimes I going without porn for many many more time.

Thanks. I hope you're right. My dick is literally shriveled small, even before starting an abstinence period. I just hope that it was from too much PMO.

Oh and btw, along with my dick shriveling symptoms I get no morning wood. I've been to two doctors who found nothing wrong. I also seem to have cognitive 'brain fog' like issues. I just hope that this is super severe PIED.

These are all the symptoms of a flatline
You can read my thread if you wanna look at types of symptoms I faced

They usually start to go away after like 60 days I have been PMO free for more than 100 days and symptoms still come and go mostly no labido and brain fog

@New_Rebooter & @scorpion1386 :

This is strange to me as I have never experienced it. brain fog?

I don't want to say that it is uncertain, of course it is because you feel it. But, my case is different:

Whenever I've done reboots, my libido would return within 40 days or so, and I've never experienced a flat line in my life. I have never known what a line is

You guys started PMO very early in life? At what age did they start PMO?

Perhaps the age at which one started has something to do with it. I, for example, have always been a user since my adult age (I started at 23 years old). Perhaps that is why, when I stopped PMO several times, I never experienced any negative symptoms.

I was between 14 to 16 years old when I started PMO and You can call your self a lucky one, This experience has been really really traumatic for me, 2 months from now because of the things I was going through I failed my entire semester I was unable to study for exams slept whole days to avoid what i was feeling almost lost my Job because I was unable and was crying in the bathrooms taking long leaves thinking what I have done to myself and the day when I failed my exams I was going back to home from work but in the way stopped at the bridge to jump but I chickened out was not able to do it got shit scared, the only thing that's still keeping me from committing suicide is that even if I don't heal from it I can still live my life I have lived for 25 years alone I can live another 25 who know when the death will call me who knows how long I will and if I'm not healed by then it's only then I will think about dying by my own hands. I won't let this trauma control my life further.

and that's my way of coping with it just not worrying about what the future have stored for me

Be happy guys 😉

Yes. I seem to think that the age at which a man starts PMO is a factor in why it becomes so traumatic.

A few years ago, I wrote to Gary Wilson (when he was alive) and he told me the same thing: that I was lucky because I started pmo as an adult.

That does not mean that I am denying that it is bad in excess, I am only stating that when people start using it in childhood or adolescence, it actually does them a thousand times more damage.

Originally I was diagnosed with Venous leak as well. Doctor did the ultrasound or whatever it is after giving me shot in the penial region. Been about 8-10 years. He had me carry a note to the doctor when then confirmed the information. However.... after long periods with No PMO I noticed that morning errections started showing up weekly monthly they started to get stronger and harder. I also was working out at the gym alot and pushing Myself in the mean time. Anyhow I always was like if I have Venous leak how come I can get and maintain morning errections? Anyhow i did. Of course I was prescribed ed meds. I did take then to take the edge odd and had very much successful sex and both would be climaxing thankful. Stay away from viagra. Cialis is your best friend. Unfortunately Porn just sucks balls and I just can't stress this enough. Stay off instagram, snap chatt, onlyfans, porn... anything that can trigger those pathways. You can get ahead then get sucked back in. Hold yourself to a higher standard.

I was mostly cured for 8 months. I had extreme progress.. like just I was having sex every day. However me and my gf split. But as we split I noticed I lost my libido. Not sure if it was the stress or I had finally just over did it all. Anyhow I got down on myself March-May and I broke my cycle unfortunately. But I finally cleared my head again. Depression can really get the best of you. Anyhow to answer your question. Yes ever so often I still took cialis. But I will stress that no fap does make a difference. Just takes alot of mental training and dedication.

I'm shit scared of being hooked on ed pills. I hope I can recover to a point where I don't have to worry about ed and taking pills. I just want to be normal thats all

Yea I understand. Just find your own balance man. Just don't think Just cause you have them though that your fixed. Keep pushing. I went 3000 days of no pmo and my body responded. I think I would have done better if I hadn't casually been getting online and scrolling at pictures at girls. Just viewing a picture can cause the path ways to spark. Take a long break from all socials, get your ass in the gym and work on you. Read a book, run... work on you.
