Life’s battles don’t always go, to the stronger or faster man.
But sooner or later the ONE WHO WINS is the one who THINKS he can.
What we think is what we become. Where attention goes energy flows. With this being said let us starve to death that little monster in the back of our brains whispering poison to us daily, nightly. The process of rebooting is painful, that I can’t understate, for those of us just starting (CONGRATULATIONS YOUVE TAKEN THE FIRST STEP TO REAL LIFE) doubt it not - you will face the hardest internal battle of your life. One that is very possible to win but you/we won’t win without having to FIGHT for it. The battle internally between the men we want to be vs the men we currently are is exactly where all the action takes place. But here is the trick - DECISIONS. To make them and stick to them REGARDLESS of how painful is truly powerful, something our minds instantly respond to by making us feel like shit. Their is no life-hack that will get us out of there neither is there a magic pill we can swallow to exit the matrix. Those of us that are here, we are in this now. STAY - and pulverise that weakness until all we have left is strength. Much of this strength that was stolen from us by years of excessive PMO can swiftly be taken back - simply by gaining the strength of the temptation we resist. Building muscle at the gym takes time, great works of art take time much less DESTROYING OURSELVES also took a lot of time and ‘effort’. As the poem states, we need only ‘THINK’ we can win and that we shall. The same discipline and commitment with which we ruined ourselves is going to be required X10 to take back our humanity and BEHOLD LIFE, REAL LIFE, A THING THAT WE HAVE DENIED OURSELVES FOR FAR TOO LONG!
