So today was pretty bad. I did do pmo. But I’m not going to give up. Tomorrow will be a fresh start. I am going to shut my phone off and put it away for the whole day besides writing in this journal. Also I now know why the first week can be pretty hard, withdrawal. If anyone knows how to deal with withdrawal please tell me. I will get through tomorrow. Also does anyone know any good exercises I can do at home. I will get through tomorrow. Also I’m still going to try and get 2 weeks through.

Ok so today is going pretty good so far. Have both thought of P at all today. Only 6 more hours till the day is done. I know I will get through today.

Keep trying, Gary. Any time you relapse, take it as a learning moment. Why? What happened? What were the triggers? What could I do differently next time?

The first few weeks are always the hardest as youre trying to stop a habit that you've known for a long time. Everyone has different ways of dealing with withdrawals but the most common way is to find a replacement habit. Something to do or keep you busy when urges come up. Some people do push-ups, go for a walk, draw; whatever works to take your mind off.

Look into some youtube home workouts, when the pandemic happened I went through a fair share of home workouts that kept me sane for a week at a time.

Remember your goal, why youre doing it and focus on one day at a time.
Like the brother said above, reflect on what went wrong and make a plan to improve next time youre in a similar situation.

The best way to deal with withdrawal is meditation, workout and engaging in any hobbies the rest of the time. Also, put up cleanbrowsing family DNS on your phone + blockerx app (If you need it). Check out AthleanX's channel on Youtube for good workouts and exercises with proper form and techniques. All the best brother. You got this!

I’m going to come back to this. Over that last couple of days I have watched p non stop. I kept getting more tired and more tired every time. So this needs to stop right now.

as you keep watching porn, it just gets worse, it's like digging your own grave, as you get deeper it looks like you are trapped in there forever, yes it's hard to get out but it's not impossible and it's worth it man. No pain no gain.
It's up to you Gary, don't give up, get up and start moving ahead 😊😊.
