So today was pretty bad. I did do pmo. But I’m not going to give up. Tomorrow will be a fresh start. I am going to shut my phone off and put it away for the whole day besides writing in this journal. Also I now know why the first week can be pretty hard, withdrawal. If anyone knows how to deal with withdrawal please tell me. I will get through tomorrow. Also does anyone know any good exercises I can do at home. I will get through tomorrow. Also I’m still going to try and get 2 weeks through.
The first few weeks are always the hardest as youre trying to stop a habit that you've known for a long time. Everyone has different ways of dealing with withdrawals but the most common way is to find a replacement habit. Something to do or keep you busy when urges come up. Some people do push-ups, go for a walk, draw; whatever works to take your mind off.
Look into some youtube home workouts, when the pandemic happened I went through a fair share of home workouts that kept me sane for a week at a time.
Remember your goal, why youre doing it and focus on one day at a time.
Like the brother said above, reflect on what went wrong and make a plan to improve next time youre in a similar situation.
