Need Motivation

actually i noticed edging today. While browsing instagram and felt so aroused that i tried to watch P** but there are extension in my PC but still saw few pics. When i looked back i noticed that we are closed to 30 days i didn't wanted to make it all go in vain.
Also i m currently doing Vipassana meditation (2 days).

You can do this, man. Take a deep breath, ask why you want to watch P, then ask why you started this journey. If you can, find someone to talk to. You don't have to open up about your struggle if you don't want to, but your chances to win this drastically increase with a friend or two around. Keep going; you can make it!
