this has been one of the best decisions I've ever met.

im working out more, I feel more charismatic, and I feel more like "myself" and not so focused on this thing that is not helpful for me in real life.

Gotta keep it going. Even if I only make it 9 days, I plan to do this as long as possible

feel lonely sober but also much more focused and present than I usually am. also way more motivated in life but have a mild sadness

Im trying to get to at least 14 days.

Don't worry you got this. I for one try not to focus much on the streak though it is important. I rather try to make the days count than count the days as I'm working towards a better life.

Thank you very much!! Yes freedom is a great word, I'm actually stunned how much it has positively affected my life so far

Done with day 3, another 18 or so hours away from day 4

I feel much more in control of my life in some ways with this, it has been a major crutch

The mind truly knows how to bring us down simply through imagination and with that can be cumbersome and unbearable at times. Meditation has been proved to suppress such though and ease our thinking. You're not alone and have never been. If you're a believer in the higher power that is God use it and him. He's always there for you anytime and anyday. All you need is to talk to him in prayer and have faith that is power is working through you.

just back to sadness and regret. I think this is messing with my decision making (or at least when I relapsed) but I just feel frustrated

still feel motivated, but feels tough it doesn't seem to be leading to results for me in real world which was my goal for this.

I had a great opportunity last Saturday I messed up so if that can happen that'd be great for this weekend

Becoming way less of an issue as a lot of my issues were from certain kinks which I still have in real life but are not causing me to miss out on LIVING real life.

this has been so good for my motivation, I'm way more social and physically active since starting this.

completed day 8 last time and relapsed, so I'm hopeful but not arrogant I can get further this time. the goal was day 14, but honestly my goal is to continue this until I reach my IRL goals and till then am hopeful I can just keep it up

been VERY tough lately but done with day 1


Biggest issue is both relapses have been with real life instances (not porn related at all) but I've started reading the book's last 40% and talking about brain rewiring and edging and will continue to try.

im not sure how long I will go but I will continue to attempt this

the minimum and most I can do right now is say that if I do "relapse' again it will be 0 to do with porn or anything internet related and only real life instances... but even from their if it doesn't lead to real world results I dont see why I should relapse again

biggest trap times are right before bed and waking up by far. both relapses were at those times. something to take note of

ive gone off the wagon recently and noticed myself getting SUPER IRRITABLE

it's funny bc it[s the same exact feelings I had when I started on day 1-3 and was super irritable, expect now it's because I keep relapsing!! Like too much sugar or something

This is a good sign for me that my body WAS adjusting before I fell off, so I will do my best to continue it.


My new goal is to get a streak of 9 days (a record for me) by Mid Agusut. hopefully can do it even before end of July! Let's see

Listen when I first started I couldn’t get past 3 days at one point… I had to learn what not to do and get educated about the reboot process and what will happen and what to expect… Yourbrainonporn.com is a good start.. I’ve been relapsing for the past 8 years… It comes a point where you finally learn after every failure and you will get on the right track.. I’m currently on day 71 but I remember at time I couldn’t get past 3 days.. Trust me it’s not worth it and the benefits are insane!! The motivation you get to take on the world is nothing like it.. The will to be the best version of yourself is the best feeling.. The women will gravitate to you naturally is a bonus point but never should be the sole reason… You got this… Never stop trying and bounce back!!! You will succeed!!
