One thing that has helped me is putting my phone away an hour or two before going to bed and using that time to read a book. It also helps putting your phone in another room other than your bedroom when sleeping as it reduces the stress that comes with using porn before bed. Just try a little adjustments and before you know it, you'll make some progress.ive gone off the wagon recently and noticed myself getting SUPER IRRITABLE
it's funny bc it[s the same exact feelings I had when I started on day 1-3 and was super irritable, expect now it's because I keep relapsing!! Like too much sugar or something
This is a good sign for me that my body WAS adjusting before I fell off, so I will do my best to continue it.
My new goal is to get a streak of 9 days (a record for me) by Mid Agusut. hopefully can do it even before end of July! Let's see
