been very tough especially with work getting stressful.

im fine or easier to do when I dont have other facts, but def work has been biggest obstacle for me doing this

See how you can improve on your issues, if it is work - find something else to do, to take your mind off of it. Go for a walk, turn off all internet, just chill, listen to music, read books
