On the verge to loose my gf because of the withdrawals

Hi everyone, I have been going through the porn withdrawals, anxiety, depression, no confidence, insomnia, no appetite, and libido. This started back in May when I completely cut off porn and now it’s taking a toll on my 2 plus years relationship. She’s now saying I’m not the same and we’re not the same. I definitely see that but the withdrawals aren’t helping. I never knew porn would do this to me. She is already giving me signs she no longer wants to keep going. Before I would of been like whatever but since I’m very vulnerable right now I definitely feel hurt. I really have no drive to live. I tried to get therapy and help but the system is difficult to get that.

Hello,

If you love the girl and you know that she loves you back, it's better to tell her about the reboot and withdrawals, if you think the relationship will be destroyed anyway the best option is to let her know, if she truly loves you she will understand and you'll grow on her since you're being honest, I had no option to do that in my situation since I live in africa, the culture and religion do not allow this kind of openess and understanding, but it's up to you buddy.

2 year is also a very natural point in the relationship to start thinking about longterm outlook of a relationship.
Which is why 2 years is a common breakup point in a relationship.

So it may, or may not, be related your withdrawals symptoms but simply her loosing interest.
It's normal, you cannot fight this, but most importantly, don't blame yourself.

I agree you talk about it with her that you are going through withdrawal and she just needs to be patient.
If she declines, then just breakup, take care of yourself and get your addiction under control, and once a few months pass see if she is interested in catching up.

Whatever you do, don't push or leech on her, then you will lose her anyway.
