My journey to be better

In the past two weeks, I've experienced two relapses.

Day 29 comes first, followed by Day 8

Today is Day 3 of my new streak.

It's always started with me sitting in front of a computer, browsing the internet, and then peeking. It usually occurs on a day when I don't work out. I get the impression that I'm rewarding myself. Even though I know better than to do so, my inclination to view PMO as a reward keeps me from resisting.

When I workout, I feel strong enough to resist the impulse since everything is going well; but, on days off, I feel lazy and have nothing better to do than browse the internet.

Now I am aware that using a computer to browse the internet caused the relapse. Finding something to do instead is the new tactic.
Scrolling through my phone is another trigger for me.

Any advice would be helpful. Thank you.
