Fighting for my freedom💪

I've to admit this that I've been struggling to control myself. I'm not posting my daily progress 'cause there is no progress. This is getting difficult for me. I masturbated many times this week also watched porn. Suddenly I lost all the vigor/desire to quit porn as if it is never going to happen. I didn't even talk my partner. I've been a failure all my life.
I've been mocked all my life. I was mocked because of my looks, my health and my skin-color. I've faced body-shaming( still facing).

Porn is not the reason of my problems but it is the end-result of what I've faced since childhood.

But I've to try to be a better version of myself. I've to try even if i fail a thousand times.

Hey man,

Don't be harsh on yourself, I think that you're doing just great. It will also be helpful to include how many days passed since you initially started this fight.

Keep holding on, eventually you will do this. Remember, as you're willing to break free - do you think that this will last forever, or will you just stop it at some point?

It's been a year since I started this "reboot"
Initially i was doing great, like 30 days NOFAP, 40 days NOFAP and so on. But i don't know what went wrong.

Think about it, introspect on yourself and make sure you patch any previous weaknesses that caused you to relapse.

As you're fighting this for a year you now have experience with it. Just make sure you don't repeat your mistakes and you'll be out of this in no time.

But also try not to approach it as 'day 1, day 2, day N', instead think that this is day X of your life. You don't need P. You will get rid of it eventually. Why not now?
