I have been struggling for about 3 years. 3 years clean of porn but not masturbation. I have seen improvement and was almost cured but mastirbated and all my progress is lost. It Takes me many months for me to see improvements. Will this ever heal?

It can and will heal. Once you stop masturbation of give it a rest, the sensitivity will come back as well as normal function. It is hard to stop I know. After all it feels great to masturbate but it’s worth it to quit

It will heal in time but you should try giving up masturbation as well. Your pathways may still link masturbation in a negative way and cause back tracking

Can severe pied heal completely as well? I havent tried porn but last time i couldnt get it up with porn. That was a long time ago.

I don't know my friend...I have the same problem since 2015 and I don't see any significant change.
