Yes it will heal. You cannot afford to have any relapse. You have to stop watching porn or self satisfying yourself to Instagram crushes or things of that nature as you will have a unique technique no partner could match.I havent seen much improvements since ive started no fap. My maximun was like 7 months no fap but relapsed withot porn and all my progreso was los. Will this heal completely? How much more will this take??
Having colder showers and exercising more helps or take up a new hobby or sport to prevent you from being bored throughout the day and actively thinking about pleasing yourself.

That's completely normal to think that way dude. But it will completely heal as long as you don't relapse (have orgasm by yourself with your own touch). Not to mention not watching porn or stimulate yourself to arousal (get hard by own touch) with Instagram or social media images.I have ed but no de. I dont watch porn Esther. I've seen a bit of improvement but I'm scared it will never heal completely.
