Thanks @ Gabe deem.No.
However, chronic porn consumption can have an impact on the arousal template in the brain, which is not the same as changing innate orientation.

Of course not. Remember that porn addiction is addiction through tolerance and escalation. What happens is, people become desensitized to what they habitually watch and in order to get a bigger dopamine rush, they may venture out into genres that are incongruent with their sexual orientation to try to get the same buzz. Through a massive neurochemical dump of dopamine and oxytocin, your brain gets coupled to the scenes, acts and body parts that you watch, and before you know it, those things become your sexual arousal template. And if you keep reinforcing those neural pathways, eventually it'll all spill over into real life attraction to people or things you normally wouldn't feel attracted to had you not gone down that path. But that isn't attraction per say, it's your brain looking for that dopamine hit it's being conditioned to get when you're out of the screen.
All in all, your sexual arousal template becomes warped by porn and you probably won't know what you truly like until porn addiction is out of the picture.

Definitely. Pornography is a lie. It makes you aroused to things that you don't actually want to experience in real life and there's a progression to it. Fisting used to be shocking but as soon as the shock value wore off, I started finding it highly arousing to watch. I would never attempt to engage in this act in real life, the same goes for a rimjob. It's arousing to see it onscreen, but it's not an act I'd like to try. I might be part of the minority here, but I digress...I have real life experience with this. I am heterosexual but escalated into gay and trans material mostly ads on craigslist (which thank God is no longer around!). I thought that maybe i was into that since i was consuming that material.
I ended up getting serviced by a few gay guys. Most disgusting and shameful experiences of my life. Totally not the same thing. Porn really REALLY warps your mind. Well put, friend.
