I have been trying to think about how to start this journal. Where do I start? What do I say? I have overcome a lot in my life and I hope to add porn addiction to that list.

I figured I would copy the bulleted items here for my journal.
  • Did I use porn today?
  • What were my triggers?
  • How did I soothe my anxiety or stress?
  • What am I grateful for today?
  • Day counter!

Thankfully, I have not used porn today.

My triggers are boredom, self-contempt, and future tripping.

I typically soothe my anxiety with food and T.V., both are things I'm wanting to change as well.

Today I'm grateful for my Faith, dog, and family.
