2 days without PMO

At the moment feel rather sleepy, but without self condemnation and any other negativity.

Had urges yesterday. Being occupied is essential these days. Without over-stress, however.

I’m now occupied with two jobs and an IT course. So no matter how bad things are I cannot afford to be too hard on myself (as I used to).

Yoga and running are on my schedule still and seem to help.

On the first clean day again. Try to fill my day with off screen stretches, don’t use my smartphone when it’s absolutely necessary, don’t stress myself with a number of items to do.

Yesterday PMOed 2 times.

The goal now is to pull 3 days without PMO

Good sleep this night.
Trying to ingrain a number of no screen streaks in daily schedule.

That was my goal. The next bar is 5 days without PMO.

Want to declare one more time that NoFap is my number one priority at the moment and during the upcoming days. It has a priority over an education and even a job.

Having mild urges. Continue to limit screen time.

The next goal is 10 days without PMO

Thinking about the positive effects of this addiction. Since its damage became too much and too obvious I have to be more disciplined, have to look for health (good sleep not to fantasize). Also looking for ways to be more social (I know from my own experience that’s essential for the reboot). Have to inquire about brain mechanics and how I can influence it.

Having urges and struggling from time to time, feeling dull. That was expectable and this fact partially helps.

Keep a schedule, no screen gaps, going out.

Got sick. Whether the relation is direct is questionable, but I feel weak every time after many hours of relapse.
Hopefully my brain will take that into account when going to relapse next time.
