Had urges yesterday and polluted tonight.

Good news is that I’m 100 days without a PM now.

Sleep is eventually better since I read that one should sleep in a cool room (+18 degrees). And the blanket should be just as thin as not to make you feel cold and not thicker.

Wet dream again last night. Possibly that deals with a deep sleep I have now from time to time.

Nothing dramatic, I suppose.

Notice slight increase in job performance.

Wet dreams for the third night in a row. A bit puzzled. Possibly, as I wrote before, that is a downside of deep relaxation I try to make in order to sleep well.
Will experiment with that.
Also I may try not to consume liquid some hours before bed – used to consume a lot.

Bad sleep for the last two days. And I read that poor sleep reduces the ability to tolerate pain. From that I may deduce that the ability to endure urges is also affected by under-sleep. So both reboot and good sleep are still my priorities.

The next goal is 14 days without O.

It’s a deep night at the moment, yet I can’t sleep. OK, it is as it is. Still hope that getting up and going to bed at the same time will eventually make things better.

I am proud of my numbers! 🙃

To avoid setbacks, I suppose, it’s not enough to stay where I am now. New steps and goals are necessary in order not to degrade: we must run as fast as we can just to stay in place.

My focus now will be more on sleep – I suppose that’s a problematic area that may bog down others. At least until there is the next pollution.

There are also a number of other problematic areas but, I think this time I will be more focused on what’s going on inside me. Will ask myself what is good for my brain and what is not so good.

O in the sleep yesterday. So I’ve made 25 days without O.

Feel ill now and had a number of stresses on the job during the last weeks. Life is still challenging, even without P.
