PAWS from " Your Brain On Porn "

I only give you one piece of advice:

Your mind creates your own reality. Your mind can manage to make a self-fulfilling prophecy for months and even years.

90 days of abstinence are more than enough to notice changes in a brain that stops any abusive behavior. In fact, one of the reasons people have such a hard time letting go of PMOing is that it becomes almost impossible for us not to feel sexual desires for at least the first 70 days to 6 months. At least that happens to all the men who have documented these forums for years.

If your libido has not returned after almost two years it is because the problem is elsewhere my friend. Without intending to offend you. Look elsewhere for the problem because your problem seems to have very little to do with PMO.

Finally, my last piece of advice:

Your Brain On Porn was and still is to some extent a great resource, however you have to keep in mind that much of their information is out of date. Virtually almost all of the YBOP data is from the year 2011 to 2015 max. One way or another, the YBOP website has become outdated.
Did you know that in the context of science research an article or website becomes out of date after 5 years? go figure. And YBOP has hardly been updated since 2015. For this reason, YBOP information (despite being so valuable) must be read with critical blinders on. Don't forget that.

Unfortunately NOFAP is filled with too much absurd pseudoscience as well. In my opinion, you've just been brainwashed by all this pseudoscience old friend.

I have friends who are recovering from drug and alcohol addiction and suffer from PAWS, but interestingly their libido is not affected. Much less his erection

A low libido (as in your case, for example) doesn't necessarily have anything to do with PAWS.

PAWS has more to do with other symptoms, and if you look at it, most people with PAWS have their ups and downs, but they experience more good days than bad. I think you have become too obsessed with all this NOFAP ideology and its speculations. In fact, these last few weeks you've done nothing but post and post a lot of stuff, which just proves what I'm saying about your obsession with all this topics. It seems to me that your mind only remains focused on these issues, and remember: your mind has created your own reality.

It is very true that high levels of porn use and masturbating like crazy for years on end can lead to sexual dysfunction. In fact, I was a victim of it.

Fortunately, kicking the habit makes people achieve many improvements, even with less time than they have been addicted.

PAWS is the most absurd thing that has been speculated on this type of topic.

If you have low sex drive, and you've been like this for years, it's because you haven't really gone through a real recovery process.

You have to really find out what your true libido is, your true sexual desire. And that takes a long time because unfortunately you started PMO very early in your puberty.

One last question for you:

You work ?

You study?

What do you do for life, apart from being obsessed with the speculative PAWS topic from having seen pornography in the past?

If you don't work or study, I advise you to do so, look for a job, look for friends, you must entertain your mind, remember that in an empty and unoccupied mind, the internet hypochondria makes a party. The neurotic obsession you have with this topic is doing you more harm than good my friend. Be careful.

If you have low PIED it is because your libido is low and you do not want sex, it is simply your body wanting to rest from everything that has to do with sex, orgasms, sexual stimuli, etc...

Three months to six months on total rest is enough time, after that, one orgasm a month doesn't hurt.

Although it is very common for men to feel somewhat tired after an orgasm (refractory period), there are even healthy and normal people who "get a little depressed" after orgasm. In fact, depression after orgasm is something that happens very often to thousands of people and it has nothing to do with having been a PMO user in the past.

For a little more information you can consult this article about it:

Conclusion:

Depending on how you find your libido, your sexual frequency will tell you when it's time to party with your partner: Listen to your body. It may be within a week, or it may be within 3 months. But I'm sure of one thing: Three years will never be, and if so, that means there are other, very different problems. In that case, as Gabe Deem advised: Consult a sexual health professional if you go more than three months without any libido and erections.

You definitely have interpretation problems, questions, statements, wrong assumptions, everything.

I will try again :

If you get into a forum you have to carry that, because that is what internet forums are for, and if you are not willing to listen to the truth or opinions of others, then the question is: why the hell do you open an account in a place like these? if you are not willing to listen to various guesses of your supposed problem ?

I can't take you seriously. Please do us all a favor and stop commenting.

Oops, I think there's a mismatch here. No friend I do not have any other profile in other forums. I only have this profile. Maybe it's coincidence. There is an error.
Well this guy was in a flatline for so long, so I would suggest to give Red Moon a break. If he’s ruled out everything with doctors and he for sure believes it’s pied then so be it. Specially dealing with all this and Anhedonia (flatline) for a long time can take a toll. The only way he’s orgasmed are from wet dreams. So it’s probably why his PAWs have lasted.

It is quite contradictory because if science has shown anything it is the benefit of orgasm in the body: it releases dopamine, endorphins, and a large number of benefits that even help the body's defense system against viruses.

This is not a problem of orgasm, or masturbation, or sex. Gary Wilson himself said it and affirmed in interviews: the problem is a new super stimulus that emerged with high-speed internet The problem is porn. Quitting porn is enough. But, if you have stopped using pornography and you feel that your libido is not improving, it is because:

1.There are cases of people who started very early and therefore do not see improvement in the range of the first 6 months. If you started PMO at puberty, then we have a serious problem to solve. If you're like me and started PMOing by first time in your 20s along with masturbation, the improvements come faster.

2. You are still very inexperienced (you are a virgin) and you need to know your true libido and sexual tastes.

3. You have pre-existing conditions that had little to do with your PMO habits in the past.

4. You suffer from other types of hormonal disorders and there has not been a good doctor to identify them in you.

5. You really have a low libido by natural condition and that is why when you leave the PMO you discover that real level of your libido.

6. You have become neurotic with this whole NOFAP thing and you don't think about anything but your reboot, and that becomes counterproductive (Bob The Scandinavian talks about this on his Blog, I recommend it to you).

I recommend that you do not become neurotic with this topic. I recommend the website called Bob the Scandinavian:

During my reboot, at day 70 I felt the urge to have sex and had it, then I realized that my libido had improved by stopping PMO.

Also during my reboot I forgot about the whole process and dedicated my life to other things, work, study, hobbies and everything was slowly improving. There were some bad days but nothing exaggerated. It helps a lot to get distracted by other things and let your body tell you. The most normal thing is to feel good in the range of 90 days 6 months. There are many people who do not improve after that period, perhaps the reason was that they started PMO too early or have other types of pre-existing problems.
