Friends, i'm virgin, not get erection,small penis,low confidence,i'm 26 year old still job less, all time body pain ,back pain killing me,leg pain, all body muscle are weak ,even when i try to eat something my mouth is paining,my all fingers are paining,i'm forget everything, my head are shrinked,hair fall,my body is not grow like normal,the worst part is I can't share this with family,i have just one life and i destroyed it completely, i'm not able to do any work due to pain in all body, i want to study but my health is not good i'm not able to shit more than 5 minute,i want to sucide

This might be of little help but my recommendation to you is to keep going. Try to find meaning and value, to change your perspective. Ok so things are bad today but first of all there could at least be one thing you could do to make things better, however small a task that might be. Even if it is just resting and seeking calm through for example meditation.

Start by challenging yourself to stay porn free for some time. Maybe 10 days. Then when you hit that, stretch it and see how far you can go!

Well, it's very possible that you are facing mental health issues unrelated to the P addiction. This stuff is tough and there is way too much stigma in our society about it. I suggest you seek help from a professional. I have had a councelor for a time in my life and it was very helpful.

The fact that you've quit P for this long says a lot! Congratulations on that achievement!
