I fell off the wagon and failed in my first attempt to quit porn. But now on day 1 of No Fap again. I am ready to start this journey again now during the holiday season.

I started m off day exercising, still taking life purpose course and made sure I got a good amount of sleep.
Sorry to hear, brother, get back on the bandwagon and try again. I use this old acronym that serves as a warning for me of a relapse. It's not new, and it's been in the addiction community for years. Hope it helps.Then on Sunday, I was tired and resorted to the old habit. I’m not giving up, though. I will continue the journey.
I stay focused yesterday made progress on projects at work. I spent time journaling, on day 2.I’m unfortunately back to day 1. On Saturday, I stayed busy and exercised, wrote, etc. But I ended up staying up too late on Saturday. Then on Sunday, I was tired and resorted to the old habit. I’m not giving up, though. I will continue the journey.

I’m need to hold myself accountable and get back into habit of posting on here every day. I fell off the wagon last night. And I am back to day 1 of no fap. Last week was a stressful week and I need to get back into my healthy habits to handle stress.Day 5. Exercising more, bought home exercise equipment last week.
