Day 2. I spent time exercising today, good outlet for my energy.
Day 3. I spent time on some coding courses. And I went out to dinner with my partner. Trying to start the week strong.Day 2. I worked out today a good outlet of my energy. I want to start doing that more often.
Day 4 Monday's are about work work work. I made progress on some projects at work. I went on a walk during my lunch break for some r & r which was nice. Day 2 of No Fap. I’m staying focused and writing down goals such as writing another book and learning a programming language.I want to start 2023 strong and be truly committed to no fap. I don’t want to waste time on porn anymore. I’m on Day 1 after losing my streak last night. I really want to be focused this year.
