Today was hard i opened porn and hentai 2 times but saved myself by not opening the main video and fapping i tried to distract my self until the urge went away by reading the bible and scrolling on YouTube short i also think me reading manga gives me many urges so i want to quit but i get bored does anyone have any tips on this point
