I was watching Black Panther wakanda forever yesterday till 2.00AM. After lying in the bed i observed the silence in room and climate is so good, further more i am alone in the room, Wow what a perfect combination to jump back into that filth. But the only thing at the moment which saved my Pfree journey is the recent post by @Blondie (link)

I just repeated myself I should be ok with the fact that I won't watch P ever again and P is not an option.

Happy that i am clean today and wish to be clean forever.

I am writing this because I am having this strong urge to watch N scene or image, my brain is trying to convince me that N scene from adult movie/series is not P, but I know, if I watch the movie only for that particularly N scene, My next stop will be P.
Writting here gives me some mental clarity and relief. After writing my thoughts, my urges have significantly went down.

Relapsed today.

I'm 22, i started watching porn from Nov- 21(1 year 2 month back), From the start i know i am doing something wrong, i started working to leave this from the start. I don't have the habit of watching for hours, everytime i just watch P <10min till i cum but still I can't able to leave this. Though i am growing gradually and reduced my usage to monthly 4 times for the past 5 months, I want to leave this forever.

I have noticed this time, the triggering point is binge watching a series .
Still I have to work a lot and train my mind that P is not an option. I will try till i win.

I second the YouTube is a field of landmines idea. It’s definitely tripped me up before. Keep going strong Hunter! Have you thought about what you are going to do with all the energy you will gain from no pmoing? You could do some pretty amazing things with that much energy.

I am very sorry, i relapsed .

My body was carving today very hard to get that high dopamine. What to do to make my mind satisfied without watching P?
What you guys do when the thoughts of P continuously poping?
This addition is serious, i have to invest a lot of time to get back to normal.

Try not to be too hard on yourself, this happens to all of us. You're right, your brain IS addicted, and it tells you it needs it, and eventually you give in. A good thing to do at first is go very extreme on your habits around the area and device you use porn. Have you thought about a blocking software, some people really like that. Also, be on RN as often as possible, just to give you that extra kick when your brain starts lying to you.

Think of all the negatives before using

- Dick not functioning properly, eventually getting PIED
- Brain fog
- Over sexualization of women
- Inability to to talk to women
- A secret life from your loved ones
- Becoming someone you don't want to be in the long term
- The ability to serious screw up your future relationships with women, probably the biggest one for me.
