Day 10

Thanks brother @Blondie. I admire you a lot. Keep inspiring us as always.

Today's Exam was fine. since i had been sitting long hours for some days for the preparation, i got the neck pain, Due to which i can't able to sleep for some time yesterday, and in exam, i was keeping my neck in certain angle to avoid the pain while writing for the whole 2 hrs.

If I hadn't joined the forum, to forgot the pain, i would have watched porn followed by some random YouTube videos to pass the day. But instead i walked for 1 hr and covered 5 Km followed by cold shower, the pain is significantly reduced and i feel happy to use the time properly.

I am very grateful to find this forum and to connect with like minded peoples.

I always used to get neck pain around exams. Find some neck stretches on the internet and do 'em when you feel your muscles getting tight. It will really help. And pay attention to your posture.

Day 12

Today I feel normal, Not very exited nor sad, but my brain isn't ok with this feeling. It want to get high, indirectly it's telling me to watch P to make the day better, but I know watching P won't make my day better rather it just 100 times opposite.

Feel normal is the real me and i should get used to this.

Btw today early morning, i got a dream where i was just holding a hand of a girl and tring to do something romantic and suddenly woke up to find i had a wet dream.

Day 13

Was sleeping and working for tomorrow's presentation the whole day.
From tomorrow, 2 weeks mid semester recess starts. I have to be very careful the coming 2 weeks as my roommate is going to his home and Being alone in the room is always one of my triggers.

I have to be plan things to occupy myself the whole 2 weeks.

I beat my addiction by researching alot on science and psychology by Andrew Huberman and Trish Leigh, and also catching up on motivational invitation podcasters like rich roll.

It is the knowledge and role models that helped me want and get a better life for myself.

Keep writing good things about yourself. You get more material like doing good during the day.
Learn to endure discomfort by taking on intermittent fasting, meditation and mid distance running, all extremely beneficial in the long term.

You got this.
See you at day 45 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

Hey! I have been reading some entries and is very cool to read the progress you are making!
Cool that you could control the urges with some deep breaths, and that you are finding alternative ways of getting dopamine and spending your time!

Cheers man!
